The HR L&D Lead acts as a generalist and handles responsibilities including:
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Training and Development
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Organizational Development
- Performance Management
- Recruitment Strategies and Branding
What would be your immediate role?
- Design and develop the overall L&D strategy for 9Grids Operations beyond onboarding
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training and development initiatives to meet the specific business needs of the organization.
- Facilitate weekly team huddle and Friday culture talks
- Influence and collaborate with the rest of the team (Support, Marketing, Creatives) to implement and/or optimize changes to core operations.
- Sources for external training consultants/providers for training and development programs/activities where no internal subject matter experts are available;
- Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Process
- Social Media: Builds and executes the social media content strategy Includes identifying appropriate social media content, and objectives. Makes social posts and responds accordingly as well as measures success.
- Advocate and facilitate resolutions regarding employee relations issues, with escalation to the management when necessary.
- Conduct calendar activities/events for employees.
- Drive other special projects where needed
Other:
- Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.
- knowledgeable with the Phil Labor Law
- Familiar with the Payroll process and filing of all the government mandatory payments (SSS, BIR, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)
- Reviews and recommends all disciplinary actions including written reprimands, suspensions, notices/Incidents report and terminations.

- Experience and knowledge of Talent Management processes and best practices

- Good coaching and facilitation skills
- High-level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
- Clear understanding of business needs and sensitivity to differences across various groups (functions, regions, etc).
Minimum Qualifications
- At least three (3-5) years relevant working experience.
- Knowledge and skills in training and development
- Ability to manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills
