Job Description
- Reviews Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and other supporting documents for accuracy and completeness; coordinates with relevant departments for any issues noted
- Determines the proper entries for the transactions and encodes them into the system
- Prepares and prints the AP/check vouchers
- Ensures timely response to both internal and external communications, regarding outstanding balances, supplier ledgers, payments, and other related concerns
- Safe keeps the vouchers and attachments in an orderly manner
- Prepares special reports and other related tasks as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, CPA license is an advantage
- Previous experience related to accounts payable and disbursements processing is preferable
- Ability to work and coordinate effectively with various types of people and department
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to work on Saturdays

8990 Holdings, Inc. (HOUSE), formerly IP Converge Data Center, Inc., was incorporated as an information technology and telecommunications services provider on July 08, 2005. On October 1, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in its corporate name to the present one and the change in its primary purpose to that of a holding company.

Having disposed of its information technology and telecommunications business in 2012 and following its corporate reorganization, the Company is operating, through its subsidiaries, as a low-cost mass housing developer. As of December 31, 2013, the Company completed 16 mass housing projects comprising approximately 14,000 housing units under the DECA Homes and Urban DECA Homes brands.
