Job Description
Key Task Responsibilities:
1. Call existing, old and new clients on possible sales transactions (forwarding, brokerage and trucking services).
2. Update Clients Log Chart on calls and reminders made (contact person/designation, email add, mobile/landline numbers, complete address and remarks).
3. Notify/update Sales Supervisor on clients with positive response.
4. Update Clients Log Chart on the progress of sales transactions in coordination with Sales Supervisor.
5. Monitor delivery and shipment status per client.
6. Notify/update clients on the delivery and daily status of shipment.
7. Update clients Log Chart on the shipment’s status.
8. Submit reports to Sales Supervisor every 1st week of the succeeding month and maintains monthly report files for reference and documentation.
9. Performs duties as may be delegated by the Immediate Superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
