Job Description
Brand
- Lead talk from stakeholders in creating value proposition and apply accordingly to design and product
- Coordinate with product team to make sure product is adhering to brand promises
Audience
- Create and manage content strategy
- Drive inbound traffic strategy through internal (emotion based) and external triggers (SEO, paid search, PR, traditional advertising, etc.) Plan and execute activities.
- Track key metrics in the customer funnel from visits down to your final goal (purchase, engagement, referral). Summarize and lead weekly meetings on metrics for the team.
- Increase conversions wherever needed through the funnel (signups, retention etc.)
- Collaborate on email strategy with design/product, i.e. sign-up flow, notifications, lapsed user re-activation.
- Talking to clients and get insights and feedback. Summarize key findings on how customer needs are met and how they are using product.
- Simply, do whatever is needed to build audience and convert them through the funnel.
Partnerships:
- Build relationships with the right partners as the business continues to build its ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications
