The role of Office Based Trainer involves delivery of training programs to office-based and home-based teachers. The setup can either be the traditional classroom training for office based teachers or a Skype conference training for home-based teachers. The Office-Based Trainer can also be involved in module modification and development.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Education / Communication.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Education or equivalent.

At least 3 years ESL experience is highly preferred.

Candidates with Trainer or Leadership or Head teacher experience are highly preferred.

TESOL/TOEIC/IELTS/LET certification or Master’s Degree is an advantage but not required.
- Must have Kid’s Teaching Experience (Early Childhood, K-12).

Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
