Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management Specialist in handling ongoing teaching projects
- Provide support for teachers participating in the ongoing project
- Conduct performance coaching sessions with teachers regarding ongoing project requirements
- Create a project plan for each project assigned
- Coordinate with HBT Operations group and other Departments regarding project updates
- Supervise/Manage the team or group which will handle the project once handed off
- Provide project feasibility feedback and suggest alternatives if needed
- Regularly provide suggestions on how to improve current teaching operations (systems, processes, etc.)
- Send progress and data reports on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- At least 1 year of ESL experience
- At least 3 years of BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Amenable to work on a morning to mid-shift schedule
- Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City
- Can start IMMEDIATELY
