Responsibilities
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- At least 3 years experience as Data Analyst / Reports Analyst with solid skills in Excel (Macros, VBA, Presentation), MS SQL and Access database
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledgeable in data interpretation
- Workforce Management background (forecasting, planning, scheduling)
- Amenable to work on a morning to mid-shift schedule
- Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City
- Can start IMMEDIATELY
