Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO - Recruitment Associate
- Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in various recruitment-related tasks
- Conduct interviews and orientations for Home-Based e-Educators
- Make sure that all correspondences from the applicants are properly addressed
- Compile the requirements needed by the Home-Based e-Educators
- Orient in-coming Home-based e-Educators regarding their tasks and other requirements
- Report their tasks on a daily basis
- Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment team
Minimum Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED - Recruitment Associate
- Graduate of 4-year course preferably Education related courses
- LET/TESOL/TOEIC/TEFL certificates is not a requirement but would be an advantage
- At least 1 year ESL teaching experience
- We can consider freshers as long as they are a graduate of education course from top universities
- Has good to excellent communication skills
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work in Ortigas area
