Job Description
- Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in various recruitment-related tasks
- Conduct interviews and orientations for Home-Based e-Educators
- Make sure that all correspondences from the applicants are properly addressed
- Compile the requirements needed by the Home-Based e-Educators
- Orient in-coming Home-based e-Educators regarding their tasks and other requirements
- Report their tasks on a daily basis
- Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education, or the equivalent;
- 2 – 3 years of ESL teaching experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop, and Internet navigation;
- Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics;
- Willing to work on shifting schedule;
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
