Job Description
We are a team of visionary designers, curious problem solvers, and passionate collaborators, who believe that great designs are made when strategy and creativity work together.
We are looking for a Sales Director who drives the growth of new leads and maintains existing clientele by providing innovative design services solutions. You are responsible for creating strategies on how to sell the product as well as develop and deliver pitches to potential clients and maintain the relationships you help create.
What You’ll Do:
- Help develop the sales strategy
- Define goals and all KPI’s
- Develop the approach including writing marketing emails, sales scripts and demo scripts
- Analyze potential clientele to identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business contacts
- Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to potential clients
- Negotiate timelines and budgets
- Develop, innovate, and test unique business strategies and concepts
- Collaborate with relevant teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Report weekly and monthly on results and strategies to the CEO, CCO and Operations Lead
- Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Consistently reach sales goals

Minimum Qualifications
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of business development experience
- Has experience working in a fast-paced startup or design agency (preferably)
- Has worked with or sold to US or UK clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a natural people person
- Problem solver at heart, finding innovative ways to drive growth
- Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Monday.com, Trello, Google Suite Applications
- Familiar with sales and marketing tools such as Hubspot
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
