Job Description
- Resolving customer concerns, inquiries and queries according to defined guidelines, processes and metrics set for performance
- Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations
- Ensure all leads are actioned with the company's defined guidelines
- Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Experience in sales would be an advantage but not required
- Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Good to Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Amenable to work from 12pm to 9pm with Fixed weekends off.
