Job Description
- Managing portfolio of accounts
- Dealing with all aspects of campaign.
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.
- Leading and training other members of the account team.
- Managing the work of account executive.
- Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.
- Achieving a sales target.
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives.
- Attending client meetings.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Completing administrative work, as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as sales executive or recent grads with 6 months of sales experience.
- Prospecting and cold calling (20% telemarketing; 80% face-to-face sales) on small & medium size businesses.
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- High energy and results driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Resilience and an ability to overcome objections.
- With pleasing personality.
