Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Listing Auditing.
- Create product content, upload and edit as needed.
- Audit marketplace listings to ensure data is accurate (from backend to frontend).
- Work with our data partner (Channel Advisor or other) to fix data issues.
- Ensure product search data is best in class.
- Fixing Suspended Listings.
- Daily sweep of all marketplaces to ensure all listings are active.
- Fix listings that are inactive.
- Report on inactive listings daily.
- Reporting.
- Weekly reporting on:
- Brand monitoring (what we call violations)
- Data issues (between backend and frontend)
- Keyword search ranking (in specific marketplaces)
- Monthly reporting on best seller rank (in specific marketplaces)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably e-commerce experience.
- Previous experience with a CPG company is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar roll a plus
- Previous experience with Channel Advisor software a plus
- Strong communication skills.
- Enjoys data entry and management and embraces the tedious challenge.
- Attention to detail and meticulous in nature.
- Ability to multitask in time sensitive environment and a self-starter.
