Job Description
- Analyze the software problem of the clients and be able to provide technical solutions.
- Provide world-class email, phone, and chat support for existing and new customers using our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage the set-up process of new client and act as liaison between the customer and our professional services team.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Must be knowledgeable in HTML and Javascript.
- Knowledge in ticketing and help desk software programs is a bonus.
- Must be comfortable in supporting foreign clients thru phone and email for technical concerns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time.
- Must have good project management and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work in our office along Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.
