Job Description
- Melakukan penyusunan, pembuatan, review dan evaluasi terhadap dokumen legal seperti kontrak penjualan, perjanjian jasa, serta segala jenis perjanjian yang dikeluarkan dan diperlukan oleh Perusahaan
- Membuat analisa perjanjian, kesepakatan, kontrak kerja sama dengan pihak ketiga.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan surat / dokumen / perjanjian
- Mendukung administrasi dan dokumentasi legalitas perusahaan
- Melakukan update peraturan pemerintah yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan perusahaan.
- Melakukan pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan keputusan berdampak hukum dan memberikan masukan kepada departemen terkait.
- Menjadi penghubung dan bekerja secara efektif dengan anggota tim dan tim divisi lain
Memberikan saran maupun pendapat hukum yang terkait dengan perusahaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Word, Ms Excel, dan Ms Outlook dengan baik
- Mempunyai kemampuan teknis administrasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
- Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Mampu melakukan pekerjaan secara multitasking
- Jujur, rapi, teliti & perhatian terhadap detail
