Bagumbayani Initiative

Bagumbayani Initiative (BBI) aims to infuse the Philippine government with competent and passionate individuals to ensure that the civil service is armed with a generation of public servants that will address the pressing issues that face the nation. To achieve this goal, we employ three key strategies: 1. Match - assist government agencies in marketing their vacancies to talented students and professionals through online and offline initiatives 2. Train - mentor and train young government employees as current civil servants and as emerging leaders of society 3. Sustain – create an enriching community of young people working in the government This recruiting platform plays a key role in the first thrust of our program by connecting diverse talent to enriching careers in government to transform the civil service and to prepare it for the decades to come.
