- In charge of the daily operations of the branch. Making sure that all transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing excellent service to all clients.
- Ensure that store operation is financially feasible and profitable based on targets set by management
- Monitors and ensures completion of all the planned activities in all stores and provides timely feedback and recommendation to improve future projects,
- Communicates sales status, issues, and/or concerns with executive management, team members for improvement,
- Prepares and delivers executive presentations and reports to management on a monthly basis or whenever required,
- Ensures performance improvements in the monthly compliance audits of all stores,
- Maximizes sales and support all personnel’s through effective management of retail stores, retail space, stock control/inventory management and the highest level of Customer Service,
- Ensures that all requests submitted by stores for approval are within the company’s policies and procedures,
- Approves all operation requests as long as these are within the approval limits,
- Assists in ensuring the timely processing of these requests to ensure the smooth and continuous flow of operations of the stores,
- Creates and maintains excellent internal and external working relations that promote the brand and company,
- Explores opportunities to achieve additional cost savings and improve service standards,
- Monitors and ensures the timely completion of the stores,
- Ensures the proper implementation of disciplinary actions to be given to erring company employees in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct,
- All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 years degree course
- Experience in the related field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
