Job Description
- Creates plans and implement marketing strategies to achieve customer awareness and targets set by Management.
- Recommends and executes marketing strategies such as advertising, promotions, events, tie-ups, exhibits, etc.
- Develops brand positioning and messaging.
- Ensures that all marketing activities are in compliance with company’s overall objective by personally developing and overseeing various marketing concepts, objectives, materials, advertisements, programs, and special events.
- Conducts periodic market analysis by closely monitoring the competitor’s activities to remain competitive and relevant in the market.
- Puts together a marketing budget for specific campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or any 4-year related course.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Marketing function such as in events management, promotions, and advertising.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Above average communication skills, both oral and written.
- Computer literate.
