Job Description
- Assists the Chef de Rang in delivering a delightful and memorable dining experience according to established 1771 Group of Restaurants’ standard of service.
- We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced professionals to be part of our dedicated team.
- When he/she has the chance, contributes to increasing guest check average through cross-selling, upselling and suggestive selling of food and beverage items including merchandising items
- Promotes:
- new and featured menu items, wines, and beverages
- upcoming events
- catering and banquet facilities
- ongoing marketing campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
- Male or Female, at least 5’7” in height for males and 5’4” for females
- Must be college graduate
- Has aptitude for service orientation
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An “up” person with a sunny disposition, extrovert
- Pleasant, active and confident
