Job Description
- Primarily in-charge of mise-en-place and a la minute cooking of orders, maintaining excellent food quality standards and consistency.
- Prepares mise-en-place and executes actual cooking in his assigned kitchen station according to the established 1771 Group of food standards and practices
- Proactive in Quality Assurance particularly in food handling and storage, cleanliness of work station assigned and waste segregation
- Follows the established closing checklist so as not to overlook anything which may cause loss or theft, damage, fire, insect infestation and wastage of water and energy
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS HRM or Culinary Arts/Management; At least 1 year experience for non-culinary and HRM graduates preferably from a fine dining/hotel establishment
- Must have a high personal standards
- Highly organized, systematic, and can work under pressure
- A food lover
- Physically fit
