Job Description
- The Operations Manager will ensure the effectiveness of strategies in terms of profitability and growth.
- Managing Day-to-Day Operations.
- Develops business goals and creates appropriate development plans.
- Maximizes revenue opportunities through competitive pricing of food & beverage products and services.
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-years in restaurant management
- Has business acumen and is sales-driven
- Team leader/builder
- People management
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Has studied and/or worked abroad or traveled internationally
