Job Description
Responsible for managing the sales administration and documentation process. Collate, review, and complete the housing loan applications, requirements, and documentation of homebuyer clients for takeout with financing institutions. Deal with national government agencies and local government units (LGU) departments related to housing. Obtain permits and licenses. Handles the Pontefino Estates based in Cagayan de Oro.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree – Business Administration/Management, or equivalent
- Computer proficiency especially in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- With strong and above average public relations skills
- Particular attention to details
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Willing to be located in Cagayan de Oro
