Job Description
- Enter and process customer order in timely manner
- Assisting customers and colleagues by providing product information, availability & pricing of items and quotations
- Assist sales process – alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods
- Receives basic technical enquiries on products
- Provides solutions for customers enquiries
- Strive to provide a high level of customer service to our clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Data Entry (99% Accuracy) and Customer Service/Technical Support
- Intermediate PC skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic
- Self-motivated
