Job Description
- Lead and direct the operations team of his/her assigned area
- Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures in his/her area
- Set and ensure sales and operational goals and expectations are met
- Continuously enhance the performance management of the entire store management teams to ensure improved performance and productivity
- Look into systems, quality standards, processes, procedures and internal controls to ensure customer satisfaction and overall company profitability
- Train, challenge, motivate, encourage, and provide constructive guidance to store managers and the team related to all areas of effective operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- At least 5 year(s) of work experience as Area Manager or similar managerial role in a related field
- Must have been a Store Manager, at the very least, of established food and beverage companies
- Must have extensive knowledge of retail food operations, food safety, controls, food costs, profit and loss statements and customer servicing
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be responsible, keen on details and possess a passion for succeeeding
- Must be willing to be assigned to any area within Metro Manila
