Sales and Marketing Officer  

 Plan and execute effective sales management plans to achieve the acquisition and sales targets
 Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management
 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
 Coach and motivate the sales management team to create a highly motivated, engaged and energized sales atmosphere
 Responsible in recruiting and training a group of qualified real estate sales agents and brokers
 Sales Head is expected to go through the entire sales process, including visits, follow-up, negotiation, closing of contracts and collections
 Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Management

✔Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Ad/
✔Marketing Management and other related courses.
✔Excellent oral and written communication skills
Confident in speaking and presenting to a group
✔Has keen attention to details
✔Excellent analytical skills
✔Has the ability to prepare and deliver high-impact presentations
✔Results-oriented and self-starter
✔With Real Estate experience will also have an advantage
✔Experience in creating and managing project plans for various marketing and event activities is an advantage
✔Must be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
✔Must have an excellent skill with Content and Digital Marketing
