Rosaline Chow Koo, Founder & CEO, CXA Group

Rosaline invested $5Mn of her savings, coupled it with another borrowed amount of another $5Mn to build CXA. Vinod Anand Kumar, CEO & MD, Tata Communications Singapore

Peta Latimer, Partner & CEO, Singapore Mercer

Peta brings with herself a rich work experience from global firms such as IBM and KPMG. In her current position as a Partner & CEO, Singapore for Mercer, she is responsible for delivering profitable growth and the day-to-day management of Mercer-Singapore’s financial drivers. At KPMG Singapore she was involved in advising the largest telco in Indonesia on their Digital 2020 Ambition.

Goh Swee Chen, Chairman – Shell & Vice-President – Singapore National Employers Federation

Goh Swee Chen holds the post of the Chairman of Shell Companies in Singapore which makes her the first woman to climb to a position that high in the company. Besides, she also holds the position of the Vice-president of the Singapore National Employers Federation, and the chairman of the Institute of HR Professionals. In addition to rising to the top level in Shell, Goh also has other accomplishments to her credit. In January 2017, she was elected President of the Global Compact Network Singapore, a local chapter of UN Global Compact. In addition, she also sits on the Singapore Airlines Board as an Independent Director.
