Commemorating a successful year, Southeast Asia’s leading recruitment solutions provider brings clientele together for an evening of celebration and recognition

While still over a month before it concludes, 2018 can already be deemed as one of the most successful for Kalibrr. It has seen registered users grow to over 1.6 million and counting, and the company also successfully launched Kalibrr Communities, a monthly gathering for professionals interested in learning about career development, everything HR and recruitment, growth strategies, and industry trends.

The company had also successfully established a number of partnerships, collaborating with Asia CEO to mount the first-ever Asia HR Innovation Summit last September, as well as serving as a major sponsor at the latter’s annual Asia CEO Awards. Kalibrr also partnered with apparel giant UNIQLO Philippines for its first-ever exclusive job search event, and the Bureau of Local Employment to continually develop the alignment between the government and the online recruitment industry, among others.

Keenly aware of how integral partners and clients are in its prior and continued success, Kalibrr recently held a Client Appreciation Night to acknowledge the organizations and individuals who continue to work with the company in improving the human resources and recruitment industry in the Philippines and in Southeast Asia.

Grateful for the Past Year, Looking Forward to the Next

Held at 55 Paseo de Roxas in Makati City last November 22nd, the Kalibrr Client Appreciation Night opened with a few words from Kalibrr Co-Founder and CEO Paul Rivera, who thanked everyone in attendance for continuing to entrust Kalibrr with their hiring and recruitment needs and standing behind the company’s commitment to addressing unemployment by way of helping employers and qualified job seekers connect with one another.

Rivera emphasized how Kalibrr knows clients and partners continue to be key drivers to the company’s success, and encouraged them to continue providing feedback and expressing their hiring and recruitment concerns so that the company can continue to subsequently develop the solutions they can use.

He also announced that among the many steps taken towards this commitment was Kalibrr’s recent integration with Jobs on Facebook, and how it effectively enables employers to easily create job posts and manage applications, and allow organizations with extensive hiring needs to reach a greater number of qualified candidates on the world’s most popular social media platform while staying connected to Kalibrr.

Rivera concluded his speech by introducing Kalibrr’s new Philippines Country Head, Cecilio “Ilyong” Tuanquin, who also shared a few words and particularly emphasized how he looks forward to further strengthening the relationship Kalibrr has with its clients and partners by working on solutions together.
