To Quit or Not To Quit—That is the Question

No, this isn't the most asked question of your work life. That title belongs to, "Saan tayo kakain?" but to quit or not to quit comes at a close second. It's only natural to wonder whether or not there are greener pastures out there for you in terms of a career. For some people, it's a temporary slump they get in when work starts to get monotonous or particularly taxing. For others, it's a real dilemma that needs attending to.

The important thing to remember is to not write any resignation letters on a whim. The decision to quit your job should be a thought over one followed by a good number of consultations with your manager, family, and friends. While the idea of your perfect job is tantalizing, it's a lot of hard work to get there and even in a draining job, at least you have the comfort of a regular salary. So now the questions begs...
