bayani-brewBayani Brew
The conception of Bayani Brew is an interesting one. Some time ago, the nanays of a Gawad Kalinga community would offer hot, casserole-brewed drinks wrung from native leaves like tanglad and pandan to volunteers and visitors. And that ordinary act of Filipino hospitality gave volunteers and idea to make that drink into a sustainable social enterprise. The rest, as they say, is history.

Bayani Brew advocates the use of local & indigenous ingredients, and sources from organic farming communities such as the Gawad Kalinga Enchanted Farm and agrarian reform beneficiaries.
