They say time is like river—you cannot touch the same water twice because the flow that has passed will never pass again. It is the most valuable asset in the world, thus, we should use our time wisely. But with all the distractions we're facing everyday, staying productive and be able to concentrate could be a difficult job. Then you wonder, despite of all the communication advantages we have right now, why are we still suffering from productivity crisis?

Not being able to use your productivity potentials in full gear won't just affect you as an individual, it could also affect the success growth of your whole company as well. Yikes! So how do we solve this?

In his TEDx talk, Yves Morieux, director for The Boston Consulting Group's Institute for Organization, tackles about the importance of productivity as the driver for the prosperity of the society, and then highlights the existence of productivity crisis in our times. According to him, one way to overcome this crisis is not only through proper time-management, but also through cooperation.

More than that, he also mentioned that in order for a company's employees to fully cooperate on projects, it needs to remove complicated coordination structures and create one where it becomes individually useful for people to cooperate.
