Job Description

The following experience/knowledge are an advantage:

  • Relevant people handling and management experience
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Development experience in mobile and messaging technology/applications

Job Description:

  • Work with the company's marketing, sales, and business support teams to define requirements of new products for subscribers and for the enterprise
  • Work with proponents and product owners to understand the product roadmap
  • Create the requisite project documents such as Project Plan, Deployment Plan, Communication--Plan, Status Reports, Project Closure Report
  • Ensure compliance to methodology, policies, and standards implemented in the company
  • Perform project resource allocation, timely materials acquisition, and work scheduling and monitoring to meet delivery timelines
  • Work closely with the concerned groups to coordinate the required activities to complete the required business processes
  • Ensure that Level 1 support within SLA is provided for implemented products
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and product education activities are conducted for users and support teams
  • Monitor product performance and utilization
  • Identify potential business concerns and risks, assess and mitigate impact on product implementation and delivery
  • Manage expectations of project proponents and owners
  • Ensure that business partners’ commitments, milestone deliverables are met and delivered within the quality standards and prescribed timetable
  • Implement communication and support plans with escalation procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as an IT Consultant or Project Manager: managed at least 1 project involving multi-disciplinary teams, or with exposure in business consulting and account management

  • Business Requirements Elicitation
  • Business Requirements Analysis and Documentation
  • Solution Assessment and Validation
  • Requirements Management
