Ruby & Rai Developer  

Composed of young, highly ambitious, self-motivated and adventurous individuals, Shirtly is a startup and it exists to enable anyone monetize the web in an instant. It is a web platform that allows anyone create a store and sell apparel without leaving the comfort of their bedrooms, while we take charge of their stores' end-to-end process (apparel design, apparel production and delivery). Currently having 80++ stores that will exponentially grow in the coming months, our users end up doing incredible stuff like funding a cause, funding community events or simply earning online as a digital entrepreneur.

There are two requirements to join our team. First is having the FIRE. We like working with teammates who have intensity and high level of interest in what they do. Second is being a SPY. Spies are special (1) they take their mission by heart, (2) they get stuff done (Mission Accomplished / Failed; nothing in between), (3) they are accountable (accept mistakes and does not result to politiciking), (4) they are entrepreneurially resourceful, and (5) they have high level of urgency.

We need a teammate who's forte is in web and system development using Ruby & Rails, MySQL, JQuery, etc. Basic knowledge in CodeIgiter framework is key. Fresh grads are also welcome! Working with a startup like us does not have a boxed job description, you will also have the chance to work on other projects, meet other talented people and be exposed in the startup community.
