Job Description
The IT Operations Support Associates support the IT requirements of the branded business of San Miguel Purefoods Company and the administration of its daily operations. They provide first-level support on the day-to-day IT operations of the computer system users of the branded business.
- They assist the IT Manager in priority-setting of the different project/program implementation to ensure optimal use of business resources.
- They identify opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to meet the IT requirements of the branded business.
- They develop and implement programs to ensure that IT-related changes are authorized and documented.
- They also keep all pertinent documentation of proposals, status reports, minutes of the meeting, updates, etc. related to IT projects and programs of the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in SAP SD and MM Modules.
- Preferably 1-4 years experience in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.
