Mass Marketing Manager  

JOB SUMMARY:

In accordance to approved and agreed directions set by the Resource Development Director and any oversight committee head specifically set-up by the CEO – the RD Manager for Mass Marketing conceptualizes, develops and implements strategies for fundraising for mass marketing and annual gift giving programs. Develops and maintains partnerships and relationships with the private sector – corporations, civic organizations, institutions foundations, associations and individuals that can support the organization’s objective to generate funds, resources, land, to accomplish its goal, moreover, develop sustainable communities and transform lives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Development, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
At least 3-5 years progressive experience in the field of Sales, Marketing and Resource Mobilization.
Advance public relation skills and carries a broad network of potential donor base
Effective sales and networking skills, strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, self- directed, able to multi-task, flexible personality, excellent negotiator, highly persuasive and strong customer-driven focus.Develops and implement marketing strategies to ensure sales targets and develops a broad reach for the mass marketing in various avenues: employee engagements, coin bank campaigns, mall and event exhibits.
